1. Platform Usage & Restrictions

Starto provides an AI-powered ecosystem for entrepreneurs. You agree to use the platform only for lawful purposes. You strictly agree NOT to:

• Web scrape, data mine, or use automated bots to extract AI reports or user data.
• Post illegal content, including but not limited to the promotion of illegal drugs, weapons, or unregulated services.
• Reverse engineer our proprietary AI algorithms or matching systems.

Violation of these rules will result in an immediate, permanent ban without notice.

2. AI-Generated Insights Disclaimer

Starto uses Artificial Intelligence to generate Market Demand scores, Risk Analyses, and Execution Plans. These reports are for informational purposes only.

• They do not constitute financial, legal, or professional investment advice.
• Starto does not guarantee the absolute accuracy or future real-world performance of any AI-generated prediction.

Users must conduct their own independent due diligence before making financial or business decisions based on Starto AI reports.

3. User-Generated Content (UGC)

By posting "Signals", comments, or profile updates, you grant Starto a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to display, distribute, and reproduce your content across the platform. You are solely responsible for the content you post and must ensure you have the rights to share it.

4. Subscriptions, Billing, and Refunds

• Billing: Premium subscriptions (Explorer, Sprint, Pro) are billed in advance on a recurring basis as selected.
• Auto-Renewal: Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the billing cycle ends.
• Refunds: Due to the immediate cost of AI generation, all purchases are strictly non-refundable unless required by law.

5. Indemnification & Limitation of Liability

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Starto, its directors, and employees from any claims, damages, or legal costs arising from your use of the platform, your violation of these Terms, or your infringement of any third-party rights.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Starto shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages (including lost profits or business failure) resulting from your use of our AI reports, matching tools, or third-party connections.

6. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising out of or related to these terms or the Starto platform shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts located in Bengaluru, Karnataka, India.
